Hope Street Homes was founded in 2019, built on a commitment to long-term financial discipline and careful risk management. Dominic invested in specialist training from the outset, establishing the knowledge base that continues to inform how we select properties, structure deals, and safeguard our investors’ capital.
Our first property completed just one week before the first lockdown of 2020, a challenging period in which to launch a business. Operating through that uncertainty required a lean, disciplined approach to every decision, and gave us an early grounding in risk management that has served us well since.
That discipline remains central to how we operate today. Every project, from the smallest refurbishment to our largest developments, is approached with the same rigour and care that shaped our earliest work.

Hope Street CiC was born from lived experience. Having seen first hand the difference the right support can make, both for someone struggling and for those around them, Dominic and Sheila set out to build something better: a space that truly understands.
Today, Hope Street offers a welcoming place where people feel valued, inspired and accepted, alongside support for anyone looking after a loved one. Breaking down stigma and building people up is at the heart of everything we do.
