How is your money invested?
We use a combination of our own funds, investor funds and commercial finance to source multiple properties at different price points.
Our investment strategy is based around buying properties below market value (BMV), increasing the value through refurbishment or development and releasing equity at the current market value.
While our investments have largely been focused in the Liverpool City Region, we also invest in properties around the North West if the investment opportunity meets our criteria.
How does it work?
We use our expertise, and understanding of the property market along with our extensive network to source suitable properties to invest in.
Our investors provide funds to purchase the property. They will receive a first charge over the property (when funding 100% of the purchase price) or a personal guarantee as security.
Once our renovation of the property is complete we mortgage the property at the new and higher value to release funds to either return to our investor or utilise on another project.
Our investors regularly earn returns higher than the UK’s inflation rate, and double the amount offered in high interest savings accounts.
Monthly interest rate payments are an option at lower rates.

What’s Next?
Having spent 3 years building the solid foundations of our portfolio as standard buy-to-let investments we are now focusing on larger, higher revenue-generating opportunities such as large HMOs (House of Multiple Occupation) and blocks of freehold flats.
