Utilising private investment, we work closely with a number of carefully chosen and trusted sources, such as estate agents, letting agents, auction houses and sourcing agents to secure investment opportunities throughout the city region below market value (BMV). We then refurbish, refinance and rent these properties out, delivering a greater return than any bank account whilst adding another affordable, welcoming home to our portfolio and the rental market.
